How is it different from an LLP or Partnership Agreement?

A Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) Deed, an LLP Agreement, and a Partnership Agreement each serve distinct purposes and apply to different business structures. A HUF Deed establishes a HUF, a unique entity under Indian law for managing family assets and business, detailing the rights and obligations of family members. In contrast, an LLP Agreement governs a Limited Liability Partnership, outlining the roles, responsibilities, and liabilities of partners within a flexible structure that limits personal liability. A Partnership Agreement, on the other hand, is used in a general partnership to define the terms of the partnership, including profit sharing, management roles, and dispute resolution, without the limited liability protections of an LLP.

3. Karta’s Address – Enter the permanent residential address of the Karta
4. Age – Enter Karta’s age in Number
5. Name of HUF – Enter the full registered name of the HUF Company
6. Amount – Enter the gift amount received on behalf of the HUF in INR.
7. Name of Donor – Enter the full name of the person who has by way of gift given an amount towards the HUF
8. Date – Ente the date on which the amount was transferred.
9. Karta’s Wife’s Name – Enter the full name of Karta’s Wife
10. Wife’s Address – Enter the permanent residential address of the Karta’s Wife
11. Karta’s Children’s Name – Enter the full name of Karta’s Children
12. Children’s Address – Enter the permanent residential address of the Karta’s Children.
13. Name of Witness 1 – Enter the full name of the 1^st Witness in whose presence the HUF Deed has been signed and executed.
14. Name of Witness 2 –  Enter the full name of the 2^nd Witness in whose presence the HUF Deed has been signed and executed.
