In contrast, a Master Service Agreement (MSA) establishes a broad framework for a long-term business relationship between two parties, covering various services and projects over time, with general terms and conditions that apply to all future work orders or contracts. While the Brand Ambassador Agreement is often short-term and campaign-specific, the MSA is designed for ongoing, multifaceted business engagements.

The Parties

1. Effective Date: Enter the date the agreement will take effect in the format dd-mm-yyyy.

Commencement and Duration

1. Campaign Name: Enter the official name of the campaign under which the Brand Ambassador/ Influencer is being appointed for.
2. End Date of the Campaign: Enter the date on which the campaign in other words the contract is to end is the format of dd-mm-yyyy

Content Requirements and Responsibilities

1. Minimum Number of advertising content to be posted: Enter the total number of posts the Brand Ambassador/ Influencer is expected to post during the Agreement.
2. Detailed Description: Enter a detailed description of the break up of number of posts to be posted on a daily OR weekly OR monthly basis.

Social Media Platform

1. Social Media Platform Names: Enter the Names of the Social Media Platforms the content is to be posted on. For e.g. Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly known as Twitter), YouTube, etc.

Posting Schedule

1. Name of Platform: Enter only one specific platform that is being addressed. Separate entries shall be made for each Platform.
2. Posting Schedule: Enter the schedule for posts on that platform alone. E.g. 1 post daily before noon, 2 posts a week, etc.

Price and Payment Conditions

1. Bank Account Number: Enter the Influencer’s Bank Account Number
2. Bank: Enter the full name of the Bank. E.g. Bank of Baroda
3. Bank Branch: Enter the Bank Branch of that Account.
4. Bank Account Type: Enter the type of Influencer’s Bank Account. E.g. Saving’s Account, Current Account, etc.
5. Amount of fees for late payment: Enter the penalty fees to be paid by the Advertising Company if it defaults in paying the Brand Ambassador/ Influencer in the stipulated period.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. State Name: Enter the name of the State/ Country which shall govern the validity, enforcement and disputes arising out of this contract.
