Register your company directly with SPICE INC -32 and receive a Certificate of Incorporation. The only downside is that you can only use one name and all legal documents must be fully prepared before proceeding.
In the event of a name rejection, a full reissue of all documents including INC-9 (affidavit) and her DIR-2 (directors consent) and all other documents including her NOC of the owner must be created.
Step 1- SPIce (INC-32) is a company registration form.
The SPICe (INC-32) form is used for company registration, so apply for a DSC (digital signature).
Step 2- Upload e-MoA (INC-33) and e-AoA (INC-34) (INC-34)
e-MoA stands for Electronic Memorandum of Association and eAoA stands for Electronic Articles of Association.

Articles of association represent the description of the activity as the main business and other activities related to the main business.
Step 3- Application of PAN and TAN
Using this single form SPICe, you must apply for PAN and TAN using Form 49A for PAN and Form 49B for TAN. These forms are automatically generated by the system when you submit a SPICe form.
Step 4- Complete the GST registration form
Apply for GST registration, ESI and PF registration, and company registration using the e-form AGILE (lNC 35). It contains a registration application with the following numbers: GSTIN, ITPFO, and ESI.
Step 5- Complete the application for registration Shop and Establishment Act.
Apply for Shop & Establishment Act registration with your local employment service to ensure your establishment is fully compliant with state labour laws. Apply for professional tax registration with ‘Local Labour’ to ensure full compliance with state labour laws, also known as the PTRC.
