InstaFiling Referral Program Rules

From time to time, InstaFiling may invite it’s clients to participate in it’s referral program. Participating in a referral program (by referring fellow businessmen / businesses) can be a great way to ensure both you (the referrer), and your contact (the referee), can get rewarded by receiving discounts and/or other incentives.

InstaFiling Referral Program rules apply only to referral programs that are administered solely by InstaFiling. By participating in any of such referral programs, you are agreeing to be bound by these Rules. Any violation of these Rules might not only prevent you from participating in any further InstaFiling referral but could also result in the reward (cash and/or kind) of the current referral program (if any) get cancelled.

Who is eligible to be a referrer?

Anyone who has ever availed any service with InstaFiling can refer and earn rewards as per the Program

Who is eligible to be a referee?

Your friends, family, and any other person you know who may in need of any finance, tax or business legal assistance.

To receive a referral reward you must ensure that the person you’re referring has never availed a service from InstaFIling in the past.

Also Note: Your referees can be referred only once, so if someone else has referred them and they have accepted that invitation, they will not be able to accept yours.

How much discount will I get through this referral program?

Person Referring

• For each referral you bring, you get 20% of the referee’s invoicing. The reward is applied as a discount your next billing with InstaFiling

• Maximum you can earn in rewards from One Referral is Rs.5,000/- i.e. the rewards will keep accruing to you until the referral avails professional service of Rs.25,000/-.

In case your first invoice following the onboarding is less than the 20% of the first invoice of the referee, the extra rewards will be adjusted in the next invoice(s).

Person Referred

Every referee will get a discount of 10% (up to INR 5,000) on their invoicing with InstaFiling until they get a total of Rs.5,000/- discount.

How do I invite referees?

You can invite referees with the good old technique of word of mouth. We would just need the referee to confirm the invitation and you’ll be good to go

How do I earn my Referral Reward as a referrer?

As long as you and your referee follow the above rules, and you are in an active business agreement with InstaFiling you should receive your Referral Reward after your referee confirms the way mentioned above.

When will me and my referee get the referral reward?

• In case you’re the referrer, rewards will be eligible immediately and can be availed in your next immediate invoice.

• In case you’re the referee, you will get the discount of 10% from the first invoice.

How many referees can I invite?

We believe in sharing good stuff. There is no limit to the number of referees you can invite. You can make UNLIMITED REFERRALS.

What is the maximum rewards I can earn through any Referral Programs?

There is no limit to this. As your referee count keeps increasing, your reward tracker will increase alongside. You can earn UNLIMITED REWARDS under this program.

How long will my rewards be valid for?

Again, your rewards will stay with you till you consume them. Rewards will have an infinite life.

Can my reward points be combined or transferred?

Reward points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another user and can only be availed as discount against any of your future invoices.

What if InstaFiling ends its referral program?

In case InstaFiling ends it’s referral program, no new referrals will be accepted. That being said, the rewards that are already accumulated in your account will still be used against your next invoice.

Termination and changes

InstaFiling reserves the right to change, end, or pause, in whole or in part, any referral program, as well as any referrer’s or referee’s ability to participate in any referral program or receive Referral Rewards at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud (including by either the referrer and/or referee), abuse, or any violation of these Rules as well as any agreement (if one exists) between you and InstaFiling.

InstaFiling may update these Rules at any time. If InstaFiling makes an update, InstaFiling will post the update on the InstaFiling.com website and applications and provide you notice of the update. Continued participation in any referral program after any update will mean that you have agreed to the update.
